I feel that is a fair trade cuz the guy is going to demand a massive raise on his next contract and has never hit 60 points.

I'm not sure if you know this, but the Sabres have a starting goalie

You can say the same for Crosby, Marner, and not to mention you don’t have a goalie making a realistic amount lmao laughable

I’d rather not pay any goalies next season. Build a good skater group to insulate the goalie like we did in 2016.

Leafs would rather have Marner leave as UFA in summer of 2025, then take on those two aging, not so good long term contracts of Graves and Rakell.

I can't see either Toronto or NY even considering these offers for a second.

Replacing Graves with Provorov isn't enough for this. Pettersson and St Ivany are the only D who I'd trust to be average or above defensively. The goalies aren't being insulated, and one of them should be Blomqvist if we're moving on from this season's tandem.

Drury says no thanks on that generous offer but makes you a counter offer of a 5th round pick plus a 7th round pick for Rust.

Rangers don't consider. Lafreniere would cost a lot more if NYR would move him.

Tarasov is already challenging Elvis as is; we don't need to trade him and more for a replacement challenger. We're willing to move Provorov, but this isn't it.

We're developing our of our kids properly, defensive reliability first as opposed to the old tmz busts narrative. He has fiery grit in him and is obviously having fun here. He'll sign 4x 5.7m is. Next...

"Colombus get a tandem to challenge Merzlikins"

We need literally the exact opposite. People challenging Elvis for the starting role is exactly why he's upset/needs to go.

Also, at least spell the city correctly.
