Yeah, I don't think CBJ gives up this soon on a top prospect that they will be able to resign at a what will likely be a bargain. I also think you'd need to add a better prospect to the trade to even appetize them.

Would you trade Slaf for that? No, no you wouldn't. CBJ aren't trading KJ for that either. Both are top wing prospects on teams that need top wing prospects, no reason to move them.

He's not being traded, not even if it started with Montreal's unprotected 1st.
