Hawks decline. They aren't moving Savoie. His D+1 season was really good. He looks like a keeper. Hawks might still have an interest in Garland, but Vancouver isn't getting anything of value back for him from the Hawks.

Not a concern this year, needs to be managed carefully or you end up like the Canucks. Canes have no interest in the player, especially when that contract is going to age like sour milk.
