Let’s not let them off easy, if the market is set by the Detroit trade, try and get 2nds while sending back a 3rd or 4th.

Yzerman sewered GM's for cap dump prices.

All so he could re-sign Gostisbehere. 🤭

Maybe Grier will get another free player today? 😁

    Another free 2nd?

    Klim Kostin says Hi. 🙂

Thinking Yzerman may be loading up a bid for Stammer.

Well I was feeling generous but now I retract my previous post.

Well if JBB is offering anything close to what CFACGM TB fans have been offering then Stamkos is gone. LOL

The Bruins probably do that just to ensure Lindholm doesn't go elsewhere.

Mikheyev was always going to be extremely hard to move which is why his agent is doing the groundwork on finding a team that wants him and not Allvin. If a trade does happen, I think VAN would need to retain a significant amount, so they probably aren't looking at a trade where they also add an asset to dump him. Maybe they take back a similar calibre player with a similar cap hit (to his retained cap) with less term.

I think Davidson has mostly avoided driving hard bargains for cap dumps, which I think is the right decision. I’d rather get a 2nd and 3rd with Mikheyev than not make the trade, and there are other teams with cap space to offer.
