Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
The vision: 1-3 lines 15-17 minutes a night, trying to get the various kids into all situations. Sturm line can check and might have some depth scoring.
1.) Necas is a 65 (ish) point winger I think that a first + a huge cap dump (worth a 2nd) is good value (maybe im a homer but lemme know what you think)
2.) We have to trade one of Burroughs Benning or Ruuta. Ruuta might be the easiest to trade but having someone who can speak Russian in the squad might help Muk’s development.
2.) It is critical to get someone better at puck moving into our defense. Skjei on a huge money two Or three year contract is my dream. Who are you interested in?

Canes pass. KK’s buyout is so cheap, attaching him to necas to drag down necas’ value is nonsensical

A first + the cap dump in the value of a second is enough for Necas. 1 + 2 in picks is good value but im sure canes dont want futures.

24/25 is the next season its not a year away and this year vegas finished at 19 and they have to get under the cap. That pick could be anywhere from 16-23 realistically.

Then you don't get him. He's got team control, and the Canes have no reason to move him. Either pay, or you don't get a Necas. This is an AWFUL proposal, and the fact you keep defending it says a lot about you. He's worth more than 1st, and considerably more than a 1st

The 2024 draft hasn't happened yet, it's a 1st in 2025, it's literally a year away... math buddy

Except that Guentzel and Jarvis get a combined 17mil +. And i agree he is worth more than a first… a first and a second and maybe someone like zadina as a sweetner

What? Combined, they'll get maybe 15. Jarvis won't get more than 6 on a bridge, and Guentzel will make around 9.

Okay, that's more reasonable. Sorry, I thought you meant he was worth *only* a 1st which was a bad look. A 1st, 2nd and something like Zadina is definitely in the right area, but something like Bordeleau would probably be wanted by Carolina, perhaps in place of Zadina. Or maybe Bordeleau and Kunin instead of Zadina.

Genuinely you are proving my point. The return for fíala was number 19 (vegas finished 19 this year) and Faber (who was pick 45 (thats in the second round)). When faber was traded he was not considered to be a #1 dman, several reports from that year had him as a B+ prospect. So thank you
