It's not luck. Rangers have vastly superior goaltending and special teams. Yes, Carolina controls play at ES, but that alone does not make for a contender.

Yea the league is requiring them to fix it. It was supposed to be done last offseason but bureaucracy that is the canes stadium situation kept that from happening. Its happening this offseason
