NJ wouldn't pay that price if it returned 60% of their entire roster, let alone for that return

Mercer isn’t a trade option. Casey possibly, but doubtful. More likely taking about guys like Clarke, Vilen, Hameenaho, Foote, etc.

And of course, Holtz…who Calgary wanted at deadline and both GMs had agreed to…Markstrom waived…and owners nuked deal. For that alone, hard to imagine we pay anything close to that price.

Sorry to say it, but this AGM is beyond terrible from a Devils point of view.
Reads like a nightmare tbh.
