Jackets wouldn’t take a pick in this draft for jiricek unless he demands a trade and it was a top 3 pick. Otherwise it will take a similar level prospect for him

This. Like...Reinbacher. There's only one prospect in this draft with that ceiling, and it's Levshunov, maybe two with Silayev? But both are gone top-5, Leshunov probably top-3.

Demidov and Lindstrom wouldn't be available in my scenario and I would take Jiricek over Catton Eiserman Helenius

People are going to pass over Eiserman like they passed over Caufield... The guy can teleport a puck into the top corner from anywhere in the Offensive zone. He's too good for the league he's playing in - so he's not putting in the work because he doesn't have too to beat AM and CC's goal record.

Yeah, he probably won't backcheck hard... but I'm pretty sure that he'll create more offense that he'll cause GA.
