Trade Deadline Drama
I’d consider the NSH trade.
At this point Chychrun is more valuable than EK65.

Big Tampa Trade
I for one actually like that Tampa trade. A top 4 of Hedman, Cernak, McDonagh, Marino would be insane! If Zucker can find his game, and get consistent, he would be a good guy to get too! They could flip the pick if they want to for more depth. I believe they will have to trade Sergachev anyway in a few years, so mind as well get something good for him, and Marino is just that! You may have to add a bit more, but either than that, I like it.. good job!

Best Case Scenario
I actually think I might accept that as a hawks fan. Depends honestly on what management thinks our direction is. We should be rebuilding imo, and in that case not doing this trade and getting futures instead, however i'm not sure management agrees. Time will tell

Looking At Missing Playoffs Possible TDL
The price for Pettersson is probably dead on, but like you said, not sure if MTL would be interested. I'm sure it all hinges on the future of Chiarot.
I don't think Seattle does that trade. Blackwell just had a better season than Zucker and is cheaper for the moment.
The Tampa trade? I think there's something there. I feel it needs to be tweaked, but not sure how. My guess is Bolts fans will say no way because of Foote and I don't think Hextall moves a 2nd at this point even though it means getting two firsts.
Buffalo... I think yo'd have lower the price to a 3rd unless Jarry has a strong season.
The Boston trade looks good IMO, but obviously that depends on what Boston's needs are come the deadline.
I think the Florida trade is fair, but I suspect FLA fans will cry.

Trading Guentzel to Set Up A Rebuild Offseason
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>DogDayCaps2</b></div><div>i dont see how / why Nash does this? i would assume Guentzel and Forsberg are almost equal talents (imo Forsberg can carry a line Guenzel is more of an accessory type player) and if they are giving up this type of value Guentzel better score 40+ goals lol not "if he does give us more" they are already paying for that type of production....</div></div>
Very incorrect assessment on Jake being an accessory type player. Jake is a top ten winger in this league.

If PIT Even SNIFFS That Marino Is Taking Over 1RD
I just don’t know if Nash would trade fabbro - but McCann is a nice piece and so letang obvi. I think pit would be the team adding IMO just due to age/ cap. But argument could be made the other way just as easily as pens giving high current value assets.

Ok We can do $2.667 for Jarry for three years. Backup just call up DeSmith?

I Saw A Strome Trade
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Arom5477</b></div><div>Care to elaborate?</div></div>
I'm not convinced that Matt Murray's history says he's going to be the guy that can consistently be the #1 starter. 2016 good year, 2017 bad year, 2018 good year, 2019 bad year. None of us know how well he'll play in 2020. We can guess, but we don't know. What we all do know...he's going to want relatively big money because he has 2 cups which is really good. I'm not willing to give up a whole lot (at all quite frankly) for a goalie (not a ton of trade value in general)...that's going to want relatively big money...and I can't say he's better than Corey Crawford...IN FACT...
Speaking about Corey Crawford... He was FAR better than Murray last year. Like Night and Day. Corey 100% can't play 55+ games a year, but the Hawks don't need him to be that. They need him to play a tandem role and save him for the playoffs. He was Literally the best goalie in the ENTIRE NHL when it came to high danger situations. Link Below. He's still a REALLY good goalie. I'd prefer to give away ZERO assets and extend Crow to a 2 year deal. I'd certainly draft a goalie this year for sure. They do need to stock their system, but to the point...I just don't think Matt Murray is the solution for the long term.

If PIT Loses Play in Round and Makes It Into the Top 5 But Not First Overall
<a href="/users/Arom5477" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">@Arom5477</a> to answer your question, I think Hutton would be a fine 3rd pair D--certainly better than JJ, but isn't everyone? TVR would be a good solution on the right side as well. I love Craig smith and he would fit perfectly but I think since the cap isn't going up he may get closer to $4M.
I would love PIT to get a lottery pick.
If we don't win the cup, it's the next best thing and would greatly improve our chances at cups in the future.
