Eklund... so take it with a grain of salt haha. He never specifically mentioned what pieces would be involved though, I was just speculating on a potential deal.

Eklund has mentioned Kane being traded a while... I’d love him to go to NYR, but since Eklund mentions it, no chance it happens

U must be a NyR fan...
because this trade is an utter joke

BOTH those prospects are mediocre, & the Sabres have MUCH better than them...
so those pieces have ZERO value to them

Smith is an ok defenseman, but the Sabres are looking for younger guys, not guys with contracts u want to dump

Idk why ppl on here suggest “spare parts” like these in a trade?

And u even put “ALMOST realistic”
