I think Holtz-McGroarty can work for WPG. Put him next to Connor and Scheifele and let him be in a scoring role. IMO putting him in the bottom six will do nothing for his development.

I think the jets turn down both.

None of the players offered fill areas of need for the Jets and the picks are too far down the line line to be overly interesting at this point.

Chevy's in no rush now to make a deal.

Holtz is a Golden Knight now, acquired for next to nothing!

When there were rumors that Winnipeg was in the mix for Monahan, Winnjammer - aka biggest homer on here - was screaming to everyone that Monahan WOULD NEVER fetch a 1st round pick, and that the Jets would NEVER need Monahan at all. He even said he would have never given a 4th for him...

But then he blames every hockey expert but himself. (Definition of homer). So Habs drafted Michael Hage using their pick, and we're super happy.
