Considering the future

Description
Mo takes a bridge as him and Stevie can’t agree on a long term value (my guess is he wants be near $9m-$9.1 for 8 years with the cap increase).
Razor gets signed to long term ($8.1 hopefully going to be a steal).
Freed cap from giving away Walman, Stevie hits the UFAs, starting with a line driver for 2F with marchessault.
Rangers will over pay for Kane, yzerman will want to replace that scoring but will go younger and trade for necas. Before you say “CaNeS dEcLiNe” I realize it will probably cost more but I’m lazy. Deal with it.
With a lot of big signings yzerman will look to dump more cap, my guess is he will use those future considerations to move fabbri and holl in a 3 way trade with Utah or another team.
I could also see a copp buy out if we get no on a bridge. It would be about 1.2 for three years I believe.
Now I’m not sure what’s more important, our pillaged blue line or our inconsistent tending. Only tenders I think we should be interested in is broosoit or jarry, but from what I’m seeing jarry is too expensive.
Sign Tim lil as rad Toronto doesn’t match so they can run it back, I’m not sold on OEL but seems like a nice full piece for this butthole of a d core. Idk maybe they just resign ghost and just roll with 6 and al jo as a 7/scratch

This is what I would try to do, but what do I know.

that's way too low for Seider. You should be looking to give him 8 years, not a bridge.

I agree, but I think with the matchups he played this year Steve is gonna pull stats and analytics on him and Claude is going to have mo sign a bridge to bet on him self. He realistically should be around ~$9+ but I bet SY won’t give him more than Larkin yet.

Offense is improved, but that defense scares the crap out of me, considering the goaltending situation hasn't changed.

Agreed. I think with Olli and petry expiring next year it’ll give us some more room. I’m also nervous to make a huge splash at D with the prospects we have maturing. Al jo and ASP, will need a spot in a year.
