The Yzerplan should definitely be questioned...like now. because his drafting hasn't been so good since Mo. AND everyone will give him credit for Mo, but 51 picks in the last 5 years and (2) players are NHLers. Understood that Nate Danielson hasn't had time yet. Just that he needs to start brining his own draft picks onto the NHL roster...ASAP Otherwise at least fire whomever does your scouting.
W/ that being said.... can you tell me more about Jake?
Well, he played top pair minutes very well with Seider the last two seasons. Was probably the 2nd best D-man on the team on a very good contract. It's an absolute steal.

I can tell you Grier must have embarrassing photos of Yzerman. He's not great defensively but he's a good skating PMD and was worth his $3.4M to the point that this is ****ing atrocious.
You have Petry and Holl on your roster and you attach a 2nd to Walman to dump him... Why.
This is the first offseason where I'm starting to feel it. Walman easily could have gotten a mid round pick, not trade a 2nd for him. Honestly if he doesn't make a big splash to improve team and only signs a Dakota Joshua type I might fully be on the fire yzerman train. He now must do something massive to get me back. Insane

He lost me when he signed a bunch of middling vets to long term contracts going in to a historically good draft year. Team wasn't anywhere near a playoff spot, all you were doing was pushing yourself out of contention for a true difference maker. He doubled down on it last offseason, and I was sure he didn't get it.

If he doesn't make a giant move I'm officially done. This is bogus, not 1 team would take walman and give up a 3rd? Yeah right

yeah a real head-scratcher, not to be weird but like I hate seeing this kind of stuff for fans...
so I guess sorry about all this hahaha
