Yeah Carolina can't really do anything if he's wants to be in NJ, they can wait for fa and not have to trade at all and trade marino for other assets

Would seem odd for his age but to get an 8th year? Or to ensure that they actually get him. You never know what could happen on July 1 when a bidding war could break out.
