Los Angeles isn't trading Arthur Kaliyev to take on an additional $3 million in cap for a guy who won't crack our top 6.

If jackets are half retaining on laine they aren’t taking copp back too. You would need to add significantly here

I did add something.. Berggren who could turn out to be top 6 scorer and a 3rd rounder. If that's not enough then you can keep that disaster Laine to yourself.

Neither of those are appealing to the jackets. You could take laine out entirely and they decline

Additional 3mil is the cost of a good middle 6 guy who brings 30-40 point per year and that is exactly what Fabri brings. I'd keep him if he wasn't a little overpaid but I needed cap space.

Says who? Wild need 2-3rd pair D-man and Holl plays physical game plus he is from Minnesota. Fits just right IMO. Just cause he didn't work out in Detroit does not make him a bad player. He can still be useful. Plus you get a 2nd rounder.

Then we'll just say No because with our cap-stressed situation, we can't afford to add $3 million in cap for a third liner. The fact that you need cap space creates no need on our part to take it on.

Says everyone who is not a biased Detroit fan.

You can keep him. We don’t want your overpriced 3rd pairing guy. We certainly don’t care that he’s from Minnesota.

If you want it get interesting, offer #15+Holl for Gustavsson. Holl drags the 1st rounder down to a late 1st value, which is right in tune with what Gus is worth.
