deal for Blues. I think you forgot to add Gabe Perreault and 2 more 1st round picks to that Tkachuk trade...

OTT needs quality, not quantity. None of those pieces fit a significant need to be worthwhile for OTT to trade their captain and leading point scorer.

Brady trade would probably needs Laf to start

Might be able to get away without it but there no chance they take back six separate okay level pieces

genuine question: which part of that trade do you consider to be a “good main piece” in a trade for brady tkachuk?

Chytil and Kakko are two solid young players who if healthy are capable of being a solid number 2 liner on a contending team. IMO if they were on the Senators the two of them would combine for 30-40 goals and 70-90 points. Lindgren is a warrior and is expected to get anywhere between $4-5M or a second round pick. Lastly Goodrow is a veteran who can really help the young players on that team and he is clutch which was shown in this years playoffs. These are all quality players who can make a solid impact on a rebuilding team like the Sens.

Brady is a very good player don't get me wrong, but you Sens fans are acting like he is Mcdavid. I mean I assume you would want what Laf, Schneider, Othmann, Perault and 2 1sts for him, I mean that's just absurd. Chytil, Kakko, Lindgren (who is better right now than Schnieder) and Goodrow are all quality players for the presidents cup team, if they went to a rebuilding team like the Sens there play would develop further as they would be big options for the Sens. I mean if you would look at something similar that would be the trade for Matthew who is better than Brady going into that offseason. That trade included a star, quality defenseman and pick. I would prefer the trade of those four players, with prospects and 1st rather than something like Kreider or Zibenajad, Lindgren and a 1st for Brady.

We have no interest in any of that. Chytil concussion issues as the main piece ain’t cutting it. Laf + Perreault

if you didn’t think brady was worth more than a bunch of depth players, then you wouldn’t be offering them up for trade for him lmao. you can’t just pile a bunch of mid up together and think that it becomes something else

Found it!. Just as I thought. Just because you can squeeze them in doesn't mean it works.

1- $395,596 CAP space - no responsible GM would leave themselves with no room to maneuver at the trade deadline. And that is not to mention you only have 20 players. You need 22, 21 at a minimum
2 - While the K'Andre trade works for me, Drury would never do it.
3- The Brady Tkachuk trade is a pipe dream.
4 - Mika has a No Move No Trade Clause and he would never agree to move to Nashville. From a Cup contender to the Preds. Would you?
5 - The Trouba Trade - Are you kidding? Why not throw in a few more draft picks for SJS.

And I can see I'm not alone. Get Real. I'm done here.
