I like all three of these deals for the Hawks. But realistically none of them happen.

CHI is getting overpaid in all these deals, and then overpaying Necas at $8.5m.

I like him as a player but realistically how does he move the needle? He's on a much more talented team in CAR and they aren't succeeding. Hard to see what adding Necas does to take this team to the next level.

Detroit pays way more to get rid of Husso than Toronto did to get rid of Mrazek, and Mrazek had two years left lol.

I would expect Detroit just rides most of these guys out. The ones who don’t have value anyways.

Petry probably (sadly) stays because he sure as hell ain’t worth ****. Fabbri and Maatta may return something small. Ride Husso out. Holl gets bought out.
