How do you omit Hellebuyck? 2023-24 playoffs his stats were 5.23 GAA, .870 save %.

Honestly for LA it's everyone but their top-line and a few defensemen. PLD was a ghost, but arguably Fiala was worse.

Is that not what this is? lol

Pettersson had 18 points in 17 games the only other year he was in the playoffs, but you don’t have an issue with him being here.

Sorokin has been great in the playoffs other than the one game he played this year.

Ya I had him off and then given he has a cup and is unreal career wise in playoffs I had to take him out. I mean really?

Also I was lenient on bad teams with no expectations.

I was lenient given he was on a bad team but ya I had him there...I should put him back given he said he played his best hockey in that round 1 series...hmmm.

Give me a replacement with logic, he just signed as a top top player with top top cap hit and went AWOL...I think he will turn it around if not this year maybe next...then he comes off the list.

Another user stated that Ovi has been good in playoffs other than this year, so he shouldn’t be considered. I gave the example that Petersson has been good other than this year (only one other playoff run with 18 points in 17 games). So if Ovi doesn’t make sense then neither does Pettersson. And if you’re arguing based on contract, they’re both in basically the top 5% of earners, so I don’t see how that makes a difference. Same for Sorokin— he’s been great other than this year. And if you argue based on age, well a 35+ year old Ovi making $9.5m is gonna be more of an anchor in future playoff runs (if he has any) than a 25 year old Pettersson making $11.6m. With all that said, Pettersson is still overpaid.
