Buffalo and philly fans would this be enough

Description
The trades below are the two types of trades I could see the Sharks offering Buffalo or Philly if any of the top-6 D-men are still on the board. But are they realistic, would you guys want something else or are you completely unwilling to trade down? I could really see the Buffalo interested in trading down based on how stacked they are at D.
Trades
1.
SJS
  1. 2024 1st round pick (BUF)
Additional Details:
#11.
BUF
  1. 2024 1st round pick (PIT)
  2. 2024 2nd round pick (NJD)
Additional Details:
#14 + #42.
Looking at models which have tried to compute the value of draft picks this is probably a bit of an overpay to move up three spots, but the Sharks don't really have any pick that would make it "fair".
2.
SJS
  1. 2024 1st round pick (PHI)
Additional Details:
#12.
PHI
  1. Gushchin, Daniil
  2. 2024 7th round pick (SJS)
Additional Details:
#14 + Guschin. This is the other trade I could see the Sharks offering, including a more NHL ready prospect if a team would be interested.

If eiserman is there at 11, the sabres aren't moving back.

I think the level of parity between the players available in the middle of the 1st this year make trading up a poor decision.

Sabres trade the pick in a package for an upgrade to the current roster which they should do even if Cole is available

It's a question nobody on here can answer and anyone that pretends they can is kidding themselves.

In 2019, AZ jumped from 14 to 11 for pick 45. Your value is fine.

Just comes down to each FOs individual draft board and how things shake out on draft day. On paper and for ACGM entertainment purposes, it's totally reasonable.

True, I guess I just wanted to see what the perspective of the other fan bases were.

For any other team I would agree, but the Sharks desperately needs more talented D prospects. So in terms of improving our prospect pool Yakemchuck would make a hell of a lot more difference than a Greentree.

with the flyers need for elite talent I doubt they move back, if they trade the pick they'll either want a good prospect in return or a young center

I don’t think San Jose moves a nhl ready prospect like Gushchin to move up 2 spots

I don't think Guschin ever becomes a regular in the NHL and also don't think Philly would have any interest in doing that.

How not exactly? He’s look good in the few games he’s been in NhL wise and has been great in the ahl.
