Lee played hockey at Notre Dame, so I could definitely see him waiving for Chicago.

He’s not a useless player, but I think his cap hit at $7m is too high for what he brings. At $5m it’s a reasonable number for a couple years and is another veteran voice for a young room. Chicago has a plethora of picks and can afford to lose a late 2nd in a weaker draft
