Personally I think Jarry is super overrated and super overpaid and Petersen only has 1 year left on his deal so I’d rather just ride that out. We are rebuilding anyway.

Doesn’t matter. Jarry can be moved without taking back a cap hit like that. The PHI net is set for next year anyway. They aren’t the team for Jarry.

We can do better than that. Lots of teams are just like the penguins. Looking for defensive changes.
I can tell you right now, that defense there, ain't it. POJ, Shea, Ivany.... that doesn't spell playoff team.

Tampa Bay might consider that. Gets rid of Sheary and adds affordable 2nd line winger.

To much money wasted for me for a team where every year might be their last year to try and compete. Also, as much as I don't like Graves, this defense is worse. Which isn't good for a team that struggled with defensive play already. And the goaltending is worse, so probably won't be able to hide any of the defensive flaws as much. Unless Blom has some kind of Matt Murray start to his career
