Not getting Parayko without an overpay plus a competent 1RD in return that can play the big minutes or someone who is expected to fill that role. And that would be if the Blues are rebuilding, which they are not.

So in short, Parayko is not available as Toronto doesn't have the assets to get him and doesn't make sense for anyone given the asking price
