The first two for Buf probably could be had. I doubt peterka and levi go anywhere.

As far as the Sabres go….

Absolutely not to Levi & Peterka
For Krebs or R.Johnson, it would have to be something significant that u probably don’t wanna give up
We aren’t gonna “sell low” on Krebs
And we don’t *want* to move young Johnson

Those guys might be available on a package for someone like Crouse, but I’d guess you guys would tell us to buzz off

There's some sentimental attachment to a guy who's spent his entire 14-season career with the Ducks and has only two more years to go on his sent-, er, contract, but as my esteemed friend @GiggyWithGibby says, I wouldn't mind if we could trade him somewhere and let him chase a Cup. Like Detroit. Someone could finally get the last laugh on a trade with Steve Yzerman when the second he sends us turns into the next Sebastian Aho or the third, Brayden Point. Ha, ha.

Sabres aren’t looking for draft picks
It would take Crouse most likely- who I’m well aware u guys aren’t gonna move

I don’t see a deal working here

Probably Krebs and maybe Johnson, but the other 2 would probably be a NO unless it really moved the Needle.

Was gonna say exactly this. I mean nobody is above being traded, but if you are looking at Levi and peterka, it's going to hurt.

From the Sharks ?
I don’t think he’s a realistic target
If SJ trades him, it’s probably to a contender

And i don’t think we should even want him
$8mil Cap hit & he’s already 35
Just not the right fit for us imo

Sorry, I meant Crouse. Don't know where I got couture from.

Not to pick on another clown show team with a front office that can't get their "stuff" together, but it's tough to say what motivates them. We could make a generous offer, I doubt we will.

He just seems like a player they’d wanna hold on to
I’d be all for it if we could actually get him,
but ppl on here have been trying to trade for him for the last 3+ years
I’m just kinda over it until i hear he’s actually “available”

Imagine that huge man sitting in front on our PP, kid would probably score 40 here. Plus a 180 hits, decent on the PK and won't trip over the Blueline when there's trouble. Go get him and Trenin, they can add elements we need and start sending messages that you don't touch JJ or Benson or you will need to answer for it. Might make the Team play more confidently and grittier knowing someone other than Girgensons has your back.
