Description

Just read a report from Pagnotta (I know not the most reliable of sources) that the Flyers would be willing to retain and take back the cap in a deal.

So I'm just curious. if the Oilers wanted those two at those prices, what would be the cost of a trade?

I'm guessing TK retained and taking back Ceci's cap is 3 1sts.

Lavoie and a 2nd for Walker? Could be more.

I honestly wouldn't even trade that for TK with no retained salary.

Idk, just not sure I see Philly dropping out of the playoff race before the TDL and yes I know there's talk that Briere will still stick to the rebuild and do whats best for the long term success of the Flyers BUT I think ownership would rather get some playoff revenue so if they're still in the playoff hunt around the TDL I don't think they'll be selling, will be interesting to see what they do.

I think Philly would be more open to taking on a bad deal like Campbell over retaining on anyone with term. And I think TK has played himself relatively untouchable. They called it conservative selling. Meaning I think they’ll move some of their defensive log jam and try to get off of Risto.
