Take Arvidsson and Pearson out of the Kings trade and it's reasonable.

Why would Detroit do that? Monahan is almost as injury prone as Fabbri is.

Kings say no thanks. If Arvidsson gets shipped out it will be to make room for a big fish in net not another glorified back up.

Just a quick comparison as well by the way. Copley has 5 professional seasons under his belt same as Sammy. However Copley has 2 seasons of .900+ save% and 2 seasons below 3 GAA as for Sammy has only one .900+ save% and has never had below 3 GAA. As for Arvidsson and Pearson lets just say Arvy towers over Pearson in production on ice in both zones. So this trade massively favors MTL.

Whether Montembeault is as valuable as Copley is questionable, but whether Pearson is as valuable as Arvidsson isn't. Los Angeles should have no interest in either of those Canadiens.

What about PLD?
How's that working out
19-20 minutes he struggled
Cut to 15 last game he got 2 goals

He seems to work out
But with a Full NMC kicking in the next 4 years after this.
It will be LAK only chance to move him if they dont think he's reliable for 18-20+ minutes.

I only ask as after this year Andersons down to a 5 team Not trade list and cheaper.
I think MTL would still pay a decent amount for PLD and LAK get a player with similar size to play middle 6 minutes.

Just curious before i attempt a PLD trade again here in a couple games.
Trying to gage where he's at and if LAK are still high on him.
Or if its like us after re-signing Subban where his pending full NMC kicking in the year after provoked a trade when he didnt give his contracts worth after a big deal?
