Hart has had average/below average numbers for 3 years. That's 2 1sts and our big, physical D prospect who has Top4 potential, who GMPD called untouchable in trading for Chychrun.

I just think that's a very steep price for a goalie that isn't a sure thing.

I would agree. I think Hart would be decent for Ottawa, but I don't want to give up a lot for goaltending when it's so unrepeatable by just about everyone except the real top tier.

I agree that this ask for Laughton is unrealistic, not sure I'd even give up the late 1st rounder, but referring to Nick Robertson as a 2nd line sniper is equally unrealistic.

That’s what he was last season before the freak injury.

Please... he scored 2 goals in 15 games. That's a 10 goal season if you dress for all 82. The word "sniper" is very misrepresentative.
