I don't think FLA needs that 2nd in the deal. POJ is the steal for them. I wouldn't do that deal though. I'd try to send Smith instead.

Is this a pure sell to open up as much space for next year as possible? If so I guess it's okay - although losing POJ is a big yikes for me. And hard pass on the CBJ trade - personally don't see what the benefit is there.
