Holy overpay Batman. So, Vancouver fleecing the absolute pants off of everyone, but get fleeced by Toronto. Everyone except Toronto can’t say hell no fast enough, and Toronto can’t say yes fast enough.

Compher is a great depth player. Horvat is better. I guess I forget what this team can do without a 2C.

I wouldn't say everyone is a hell no. But I overshot the Aves deal lol. Ignoring their success minus Kadri or another strong offensive 2C.

Wouldn't the Flyer be much better off selling JVR at the TDL (if they out of the race) and then have 6.75m cap next season and their first by not having Boesner?
Leafs don't want to carry three NHL goalies. Leaf don't need Demko as Murray will return soon (unfortunately ) but Samsonov has been solid.

Interesting idea, I'm not sure how Garland fits into the lineup unless we move on from Henrique, but that's an us problem. He's the right age for us.

How well does he play left wing vs right?

Probably doesn't need to be stated again but that COL deal is an overpay and a half.

Is there an example in the last 3-4 years of a pure rental with UFA status and no extension in place, getting two 1sts?
