Well, if the Kings have traded for a LD we'll give you Maatta for that 2nd round pick. Toby is a part of the Kings future, and they aren't parting with him.

By the way, Bjornfot is worth significantly more than a pick 2 drafts from now in the 2nd round. If you're hell-bent on Toby, we'll take your unprotected 2023 1st.

Klinger prolly costs you more with an extension in place. Even as a rental I’d want a quality prospect over the second rounder

Bjornfot was 22nd overall and is the 6th most games played out of 2019 draft picks. His ice time is on the rise as is his competition against better players. Why do you believe he is now worth less than what the Kings got out of him in 2019?

Hard pass their 1st will be like 10-14 range,just make him that offer in the offseason.
