Deadline move with VGK

Description
Opens a spot for Walker in the lineup. The caps will have plenty of guys ready to play in the bottom 6 next season, so Stephenson is definitely expendable. Miller can be resigned or flipped at the draft, so there is some long term value in him.

I like this move, although it seems like an overpayment for the caps and I don’t think VGK needs Grubauer. I like where your head is at though!

Value is reasonable but Vegas has no need for goalie. Subban is goalie of the future there. They need Miller more at this point.

Do you think there’s someone that Grubauer could be swapped with to make the trade better for VGK?

Something like 20 points in 36 games I think. Definitely an upgrade over Bowey.

The problem is Vegas is short on RH d men. They don’t have a rplacement for him if they move him. He is more valuable to them as it is weak spot for the team. If you were targeting a LH d man from them it would be a different story they are deep there. I don’t see them moving him. But they would be looking for a potential top 6 center in any trade they make.
