I think that your signings are all realistic with the exception of Matt Roy, who I think will get 10% more in money and 20% more in term.

I think that your three minor trades are a "whatever team will pay this price" kinda deal, so no problem there.

Given the enormous double benefit of getting a world-class goalie to replace Ilya Samsonov and $5.9 million in cap relief, I don't see why Nashville has to add the first to the rest of that package.

Overall, I think that this is a very sensible construction.

I doubt CHI would be willing to spend that much on Jarnkrok, but I could see them having interest in him on some level.

Yeah I could see him being a good veteran presence for them during the rebuild, totally guessing on his value so could be inaccurate. He is solid when healthy
