San Jose would have to accept that trade especially if it's 2024 pick and call it the 13th overall.

2025 would need to be top 10 protected.

Does Hertl waive though?

This season has been especially tough on him, I dont know if he would waive given he has two little ones. I think the likely barrier is if Gourdes M-NTC includes SJ
