Better forwards - Check
Better Defence - Check
Better Goaltending - Check

The trades are very doable, signing Yandle would be a homerun.

sort of unrelated but why does everyone have perreault playing centre now? Did I miss something at the end of season. Im pretty sure hes played basically 100% of the time on the wing. Does Nobody believe in lowry at all? (btw i have a lowry jersey...)

Perreault played most of last year on LW. He played mainly centre in his first year. If Laine plays RW then Perreault would likely stay on the wing. If Laine is lined up as a LW, I would think that the Jets would move him back to centre.

As for Lowry, I too am a big fan. He is definitely capable of moving up or down the roster as required. If the roster above was tried, and Connor wasn't ready for the NHL, Jets could slot Lowry, Dano or Burmi onto the third line. I really like the Lowry, Copp, Armia line. Big, bang and can score all three.
