Resolved Draft Pick Conditions
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Jarvis</b></div><div>These picks have all previously been update to no longer show conditional and have their updated owners.
The only one I don't follow is the Patrick Kane trade. The condition is Arizona will receive the better of either NYR or DAL 3rd round picks. This won't be known until next year.</div></div>
The DAL 3rd round pick for 2025 is still owned by the Dallas Stars because Lundkvist failed to reach 55 point over the last 2 seasons.
That means ARI can only receive the NYR 3rd round pick for 2025 as part of the trade for Patrick Kane.

Supermod town hall meeting - AGM section
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>F50marco</b></div><div>TBH I'm not for blindly giving infractions/deleting posts in regards to the WJC unless it clearly breaks a rule. Simply stating an opinion on it isn't against the rules IMHO. If someone takes to the next level of saying things that are derogatory that don't have any pertinence to what's going on and just meant to shock/flame, etc, than yes.
I think unless Banks/Jarvis suggest otherwise, we should take our opinions out of the equation here altogether. Are they breaking a rule? Yes > Warning/infraction/Delete. If not, you need allow for a certain level of free speech.
As much as I get the reasoning for wanting to calm it, there isn't anything wrong with Rampant speculation. The whole point of the forum is to have a discussion (within the rules) so that everyone feels free to contribute. If users are having a discussion in regards to the speculation, there isn't anything wrong with that. Once again within the CF rules and our judgement will have to come into play obviously.</div></div>
I’m in agreement with marco, unless it breaks the rules there should be a warning or infraction, that being said I think we will have to make sure ACGM pages, mock draft pages and trade machine pages are still doing what they are supposed to be for, and they have have a hot take discussion about it in the forum section.

With names being released in regards to the 2018 WJC Team Canada scandal, I wanted to poll the room on how we should proceed.
Currently, any speculation as to who was involved or who did what garners an automatic Level 1 infraction. I am anticipating that were going to see some very inappropriate hot-takery once the names are released. How would you guys like to go about managing those users that take this opportunity to troll and be the least-decent versions of themselves?</div></div>

Travis Sanheim has played RD about all year and the Flyers have been consistent saying they're keeping him at RD.
So his position could probably be changed to RD/LD or RD

Erik Haula is our 3C (should be C/LW). He played some wing on Hughes line last year, so maybe keep “LW” as secondary position, but he is primarily a center.
Also, Jack Hughes (listed as C, LW) doesn’t really play wing unless it’s on (a) power play; (b) 3v3; or (c) end-of-game-need-a-goal-situations where they want Hischier and Hughes out on ice together (and if anything, I think he lines up on right side off face-offs in those situations).

For NJD, only ones would probably be
Toffoli add “LW”. He has been playing mostly left side on line with Hughes (C) and Bratt (RW).
Nosek has been primarily 4LW thus far.
Our expected lineup is <a href="https://twitter.com/amandacstein/status/1709577937253445716?s=46&t=E6mW2h4qy0lVPNtqFPC--Q" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">here</a> (but probably with Bastian > Lazar and Miller > Smith at 3RD).
Expected lines…
Toffoli - Hughes - Bratt
Meier - Hischier - Holtz
Palat - Haula - Mercer
Nosek (Foote) - McLeod - Bastian (Lazar)
Siegenthaler - Hamilton
Bahl - Marino
Hughes - Miller (Smtih)

Erik Gustafsson -> LD: Has not played RD this year for Washington, not sure the last time he was deployed as an RD.

For some reason Mukhamadulin was changed to LD. He is left-handed, but has played exclusively RD in KHL. Played RD on national team. Played RD in his short stint in Utica.
