Not quite sure JBB commits arson in fact I'm certain he doesn't, but the point is fair.

Call my moves idiotic fine. Say that Cirelli is worth more fine. I disagree. I am lower on Cirelli than most, I hold true to my opinion, and if he get's over 65 points next year, I am happy to eat my words. Cirelli has never broken the 50 point mark in his career and in my mind he is very awesome 3C. (If it were liljegren instead of Gregor, maybe the Bolts would have more of an interest idk)</div></div>
It's a bunch of garbage for a top quality player pretty easy to see what the problem is. He's gotten Selke votes every year of his career and has fallen between 4-9 in the voting. The narrative he's a 3C is horse💩. Kampf is a massively overpaid 4C gregor is a 16 draft guy who at best is a 4th liner healthy scratch dude. The 23OA pick is at best historically a lottery ticket from 1998-2017 1 never played an NHL game. 3 more played less than 100.8 more less than 200 and several who played more were 4th liners 3rd pairing/ healthy scratch caliber guys Mark Pysyk for example. And you want a 4th liner and 2- 7ths on top of Cirelli . Complete, utter and total trash for TB.

Hopes and dreams
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Tjm220</b></div><div>I definitely don’t keep track of how tall or heavy any defensemen or hockey players are. You’d have to be autistic to care that much. There are smaller players who play bigger than they are, and there are very big players who play a very soft game. Johnson is a great skater, and he’s already really good at blocking shots like I said. He doesn’t have to hit everything that moves wearing the other team sweater, but if he adds a little physicality to his game it would be nice. He is the last piece of the O’Reilly trade, so if he turns out well it’ll make that deal a little easier to swallow.</div></div>
That's all certainly true, and I like Johnson's game. Very smart player. Definitely not the most physical, but is willing to put his body on the line to block shots.
BUT....if an organization has a certain philosophy on how they build their team....none of that matters.

He'd have to be to trade Crouse retained 3 years and Ingram for the hot pile of💩 you gave a first three drafts away a 2 this year and an overpaid 4C and 7 defenseman. This is about as horrific a trade as Utah could make.</div></div>
Whereas I believe Crouse would do a bit better with a better team lets not fool ourselves into thinking that Crouse is worth some huge haul... a career high of 45 points in a season means hes putting up 3rd line points while getting 1st line minutes and getting 2nd line salary. For the numbers Crouse is putting up hes actually overpaid

Seriously do a TB ACGM look at their blueline with that trade and honestly say you think it makes them better. You can't be honest and do that. TB was 5th in GF 23rd in GA Trading Sergachev for a winger making 2.4 million more is DUMBER THAN DIRT

Controversial trades
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>JTBF81</b></div><div>The defense is by far, the main problem. Tampa's ga/g has gone from 2.86 to 3.07 to 3.26 the last 3 seasons, while.gf/g has stayed pretty constant, 3.48, 3.41, 3.51. Yes, depth scoring was an issue, but trading Cirelli for say Anderson not only adds an upgrade on defense and some scoring to help replace Cirwlli, but would also allow the team to add another decent ufa F in addition to Duclair. Someone like Sprong, Foegle, Joshua, etc could potentially be acquired with additional cap space in this scenario. It's unlikely as Tampa seems committed to Cirelli, but it does not downgrade the team in theory.</div></div>
We have a good center depth because of Cirelli. Stamkos does not play at center anymore because he lacks defensively, Paul is good as a 3rd line center, but I can't really see him higher. Also, Cirelli has great term on his contract, trading him for Andersson who has 2 years left makes no sens. We also have Sergachev coming back, this will be a big improvement on the defence. The defence is still an issue, but we don't need to create a center issue to fix it.

https://thehockeywriters.com/lightning-blackhawks-could-be-trade-deadline-partners-again/
I thought about just offering a 3rd for Cernak, but I needed to move a RD to make room for him and I figured Rutta had some value, plus a good past relationship with TB and Hedman.
Cernak is clearly better than Rutta (which is why the Sharks would do this), but from the articles I read it appeared that TB might need to trade Cernak for cap reasons.</div></div>
Show me one time with the cap hell TB has been involved with when they signed a player for 6 or more years and traded them within 2 years? Don't waste your time it hasn't happened under this ownership.it isn't how TB operates.

I hope he does stay in TB. If he takes like a 5 x 5 that would be amazing for TB.
He should be a career Bolt, and enter the HOF under 1 jersey.
Doesn’t mean you can’t hope for new journey.
