Sharks need bodies to fill the lineup and to get them to the cap floor. This isn't different than the Blackhawks paying Perry and Foligno $4M each.

Same AAV contract he signed 2 years ago.. Nothing wrong with it. Kunin is a great experienced guy to have in the room and he plays by example. Plus Sharks need to spend to the cap floor.
