Apparently its rumored that Buffalo and Carolina are discussing this type of trade. The 1st rounder is rumored to go back the other way. But I feel like its not enough, more needs to be added.

It depends on what the contract is for Necas. It should be a sign and trade, and the lower the contract the better the offer
