Description

Not exactly sure what the Kraken trade would look like, but I could see a goalie swap, and they have some depth at LD that we could use. They won't give up Beniers, but maybe wright or bjorkstrand? this trade would free up a ton of cap for us to sign whoever we need including guentzel.

Carolina won’t include KK in the same trade as Necas

I don’t think Seattle would want to swap Daccord for Freddie, he was pretty solid for them last year and is younger/cheaper

you might be right, but I really think necas has more value than wright at the moment. they might not like the daccord for andersen deal, so that probably wouldn't end up part of it.

yeah I didn't realize he was so young after I did the deal. Canes might be stuck with freddie again or have to trade him for a 4th and pick someone off the UFA

That was a much bigger trade, and we obviously would’ve added a lot more. KK will be bought out or sent to a rebuilding team, they won’t include him in a Necas trade that isn’t bringing back a guy like Pettersson, his contract brings down the return
