I'd love to do this from the canes side, but it seems unlikely they would let schmaltz go as he's a really good deal for them. I wonder if Utah would be interested in KK since they have so much cap space and could handle the risk.

yeah fans can be a bit too partial to their special boys. KK is in a rough spot, but he's not nearly as bad as we make him look. I think he would do more in a conventional offense system and a team looking to fill cap space with young talent might be interested
