Why would any team spend picks (even more a team like Leafs with so few picks) on a mid level LHD. Easy to find Kulak equivalent in FA - LHD supply is equal to or greater than demand

Even if they did, I'm not sure they take this deal.

I think the Sharks should hold on to Blackwood.

How about Ferraro for Ceci and a 1st?
