If Chytil could stay healthy this would be a steal. Unfortunately the guy just can't, so spending that kind of draft capital on an injury plagued guy is bad asset management.

How about for a conditional third in 2025 instead, that if chytil plays in more than 65% of the games in back to back seasons, then it becomes a second?

Honestly, I don't think CHI is taking on that contract without being compensated. Love the player when he's healthy, though.

Coming off his concussion issues this past season, Chytil's trade value can't be very high. Needs to show he can actually be an effective NHL'er again. I wouldn't give up more than a late round pick for Chytil right now.
