Smith for Pageau makes sense. Smith only has 1 year left on his deal though. Would think the Isles would have to add more than a 5th for the Pens to accept the trade though.

NSH declines. NSH has too many other holes that Rakell doesn't fill and would rather spend their cap filling those holes (2nd pair LD, 1st Pair RD, 2C) before going after a wing upgrade, especially when NSH potentially has upgrades in system to where Rakell will fit
