Canucks - Losing Trades Because its fair

Description

The idea here is that these are trades that the canucks should (imo) make, but instead of winning the trade, we "lose" in the name of 'realism' and 'fairness'.

Includes overpaying some players.

More for discussion purposes than anything, I wouldn't actually defend any of these moves. But am very curious as to what people think.

Could be completely wrong though. Lol.

holy what an overpay on necas, honestly i think hronek is worth has a RHD defencemen so carolina needs to send a pick or something

100% - everything here is an overpay. I've heard carolina fans complain that hronek for necas itself 'wouldn't work', but who really knows.. a one for one would be ideal.

It "doesn't work" because the reason that the Canes are open to trading Necas - he's asking for more than the FO thinks he's worth on his next contract - are present with Hronek as well, except Hronek has asked for more money than Necas has (at least publicly).

I like what you did here. I think the d corp is weaker than this year and I wouldn't sacrifice that much to update the offence.
