Description
(Please don’t hurt me to bad OTT fans) If the leafs really want to go in a different direction I think doing something similar to what the panthers did in the 2022 off season would yield the best results.

    when you need a change of culture, the best bet is to go after an ottawa senator who has never done anything of note and is rumoured to be wanting out of the city that drafted and developed him

    Change of culture - sure, I buy it.
    But come on - stay on planet earth. Leafs & SENs aren’t likely trading partners and pretty much no chance a trade like this happens; just a waste of time.
    I think Tkathuck does want out (& possible Leafs will ask Marner to waive) but they’re not moving either in division

    That logic is so dumb too, like as if GMs value a player based on their perceived level of softness lol. Fact is you need talent to get to the playoffs, if Brady Tkachuk is so much tougher and better than Marner why hasn’t Ottawa made playoffs yet?
