I'd sure hope so. I think Staios knows Korpi is not getting us in the playoff race but I think they'll give him 1 more season unfortunately.

I just looked at his buyout. He’d be on the senators cap for $1.33M per season until July 1, 2032 if they buy him out this summer. While that’s probably manageable, it’s probably a bit too long for my taste. Probably worth it to see if he can have a rebound year.

Yup 100%. Best we can do is surround him with better defense and hope he’s better this year thanks to Dorion. If he’s bad again you have to move on though.

Personally I would rather keep Miro, he is looking very promising
