Hawks obviously decline. Hawks wouldn't pay anything for Tavares. A 1st +. Absolutely ridiculous.

JT waiving for the worst (or 2nd worst) team in the league seems highly unlikely. Binnington - like most NHL goalies - is too inconsistent, so the cap hit & term make him unattractive.

Going for Binnington would be such a Leafs thing to do. Hey, dude finally had 1 good season in the past 4...we NEED him! Here's Marner who's had a few subpar offseasons, but 1.26 PPG during that same 4 seasons.

STL wouldn’t trade him but let’s be real, Toronto hasn’t had a true starter since Cujo, Binner would fulfill a desperate need.

You're being pretty generous to a career .908 that's been on both good and bad teams.

Anderson was their guy and they ran him out too. Career .916
