So dump him in the minors, we can't dump Hamonic in the minors because of his NMC.

OTT gets his RFA rights, OTT dont have to sign him an let him go to UFA and free yup 1.1M in cap

Not enough for Winnipeg to downgrade from Stanley to Hamonic.
