Description
Not in love with the Kane signing, but it feels like the Sabres will go after him again. Proved he could be healthy and produce, Adams and Ruff will want someone with experience, and they want a veteran. Again, don't love it and I wouldn't do it, but I think there is a better than 50/50 shot it happens.

Additional Details:
Saw a trade like this from a Blackhawks related website. Obviously Skinner has to waive, but the article made the point that it brings a veteran top-six winger in for Bedard/Nazar and gives Skinner a chance to bring his production back up to potentially earn another contract. The benefit is obvious for the Sabres.

There is absolutely no chance the Hawks agree to take Skinner and his three remaining seasons at $9m per for the sole benefit of a 2nd round pick.

Seriously? Obviously clickbait (that worked!) There is less than zero chance the Hawks are paying anything to acquire Skinner.

And why would he waive now w/ the Sabres so close to making the playoffs? That's got to be a goal of his after his time in Buffalo, no? Dude has never played in the playoffs, and the Hawks probably aren't making it in before his contract is up.

Oh I know they're not getting Brady and most likely not getting anything other than Patrick Kane or some veteran 3C this offseason. I just like Brady a lot.
