Very meh hiring. Reminds me of DJ which, is uninspiring to say the least. Hopefully he makes me eat my words but in the moment it’s not great lol best in class baby

There was an article a few months back that looked at coaches in their second stint behind a bench and they tend to have more success. I’m holding on to that as my reason this hiring isn’t the worst.

People need to understand that there are several teams looking for head coaches , Ottawa is not exactly a preferred destination right now.
The other option would have been to go hard after Gruden, don’t be surprised if he is not hired as an assistant ( H.C in waiting ) . The other guy I could see them bringing in is Jay McKee who worked with Andlauer and Staios in Hamilton.

Reports say Berube cost to much so they went from an expensive coach to literally the cheapest one on the market lmao. Staios already racing to become Dorion 2.0.
