Sure the defense may be better but this team will not be able to score come playoffs lol, which would just be another chapter of the forever story

That's an awful price to pay for Weager. Just sign a UFA and keep Cowan and the first. Reaves and Kampf aren't on LTIR and Minten is not NHL ready.
